Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Products with obvious signs of use
- Extras provided with the product has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing & Timelines:

For Prepaid Orders: Your refund will be processed immediately upon approval, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days (depending on your bank’s processing time).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be credited via Bank Transfer (NEFT) or UPI. Our team will contact you to collect your bank details or UPI ID once the return is approved. The transfer will reflect in your account within 3 to 5 business days after you provide the details.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please raise your request within 7 days of delivery by calling us at 9326301010 or emailing us at info@grandink.in.
Once your request is received, we will arrange a convenient reverse pickup from your delivery address. Please note that reverse pickup will be arranged only once. If the pickup cannot be completed, you will need to ship the item back to us at your own expense to our warehouse address:

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total amount.
Delivery Timeline for Exchanged Products: Once your returned item is received, approved, and your exchanged product is dispatched, it will take 4 to 14 business days to reach you depending on your location.
